Gray Street Bench Space Available

As you may know Gray Street celebrates 26 years in 2011 and we have been fortunate to have had 84 emerging and established contemporary jewellers from all around Australia and overseas working with us over this time. Please visit our website for further details www.graystreetworksop.com.au

Currently we have a bench space available. The monthly rent is $388.50 (which includes GST and kitty of $16). Details of the workshop facilities and conditions of tenancy are available on request.
In order to make the selection process fair, the partnership asks that you submit an application for consideration.

Applications are to be emailed to info@graystreetworkshop.com.au by 30 June 2011.

In your application please include the following:
1.    a curriculum vitae
2.    an artist statement about your current work
3.    a brief 1 page outline including:
·         your reasons for wanting to work at Gray Street Workshop
·         what you feel you may be able to contribute.
·         the work/projects you wish to carry out whilst at Gray Street
·         the amount of time you intend to spend at the workshop on a daily basis
i.e. will you be full-time/part-time?
·         how long you intend to be a tenant at the workshop (if known)
4.    a selection of 5-10 jpg images of your work, with details/description, made in the past
5 years.

You will be notified via email in early July of the outcome of the selection process.
